Dana E. Harrison is an Associate Professor of Marketing, Chair of Management, Marketing and Supply Chain, and Director of MBA Programs at East Tennessee State University. Her research has been published in reputable journals including the Journal of Business Research, Journal of Product and Brand Management, and Journal of Business and Industrial Marketing. Dana is also a co-author of Essentials of Marketing Research (McGraw Hill), Essentials of Marketing Analytics (McGraw Hill) and Analytics-Based Selling (Sage).

Dana is actively involved with AMS, and currently serves as the Vice President of Programs.  Her roles have also included co-chair, session chair, and co-developer and presenter for the Teaching Marketing Analytics Certificate Program. In 2023, Dana received the Harold & Muriel Berkman Faculty Development and Achievement Award.

Brad D. Carlson, Ph.D.

Brad D. Carlson, Ph.D., is a professor and James J. Pierson Endowed Chair in Marketing in the Richard A. Chaifetz School of Business at Saint Louis University, as well as the current president of the Academy of Marketing Science. Renowned for his exemplary teaching, research, and service, Brad has earned numerous accolades throughout his career. His research, which has appeared in prominent journals, including the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, focuses on practical and theoretical aspects of marketing that resonate both in academia and industry.
