Marketing (W3)

KIT seeks to appoint an individual with excellent academic credentials in research and teaching in the field of marketing preferably with a focus in service marketing, strategic marketing or business-to-business marketing. Participation in the department’s new area of research focus “Services in Network Economies” is desirable.

An individual appointed to the professorship is expected to contribute to the teaching of the degree programs offered by the department and to participate in courses offered for programs in the natural and engineering science departments.

Prerequisites are a habilitation or an equivalent research record as well as the ability to teach at all academic levels. Relevant practical experience and the willingness to raise funds outside the university are beneficial as well as is an interest in interdisciplinary research.
