This is an AMS election year. Every two years we hold elections for Executive Committee positions and positions on the Board of Governors. In addition, we are accepting nominations for the AMS Distinguished Fellow recognition. Right now, we are seeking nominations. Some point in the first quarter of next year, you will receive a ballot for the actual election. The nomination committee greatly values and thanks the input you provided and the willigness of so many to serve in official capacity.
